"Tis Talk Like A Pirate Day an' I wanna be a pirate summore!
Come to the #BlackPawPawty on twitter at 2PM EDT on Saturday September 19, 2020! All Pirates are welcome. We have 'nip enough for all!
Every year at #nipclub we celebrate International Talk Like A Pirate Day. Several anipals have pirate ships and scurvy crew.
The BLACK PAW strikes fear into the hearts of even the stoutest of men. Captain @OwenTheTonk is as ruthless as they come.
The Lady Pearl is Captained by @TinyPearlCat. Yes, she's stunningly beautiful, and NOTHING is more dangerous than a beautiful woman. She's NOT afraid to take the battle to the other ships. And her goal is to have ALL the treasure, ALL the Rum and ALL the fun.
3 Sheets to the Wind, with Captain @WinstonTabby tends to sink. A lot. He doesn't care. While he is NOT a firm believer in AA, Winston does have a membership in AAA, and they will come pull the ship out of the water and set
it a sail everytime he sinks it. The RUM barrels float. And that's all he's concerned about. Protect the RUM, steal the other ship's RUM (Because
even though he always starts with a huge supply of RUM, and finds huge amounts of RUM to plunder......the ship always seems to be low on RUM)
Our NEWEST Ship The Drunken Revenge and its leader Captain Bubba da Cat. Formed by a band of disaffected pirates who were unhappy with their share of Cap'n Owen's booty, its only job is to ambush THE BLACK PAW.
In Caribbean pirate days they didn't have water filtration systems. They couln't drink sea water because of the salt. So every drop of water needed for the trip had to brought on in barrels. On a long trip the water stored in the barrels started to get pretty nasty. The way to make it safe to drink was to add a little rum. The resulting mixture was called Grog.

Besides being the Co-Owner, Co-Manager, IT Guru, Head Barktender, and the heart and soul of #NipClub, @TinyPearlCat is also a world class traveler and the owner of a converted mega-cruise ship she calls "The #NipClub Pearl". She's invited us aboard this magnificent ship for a cruise around the South Pacific this week. The ship has all the amenities, a great buffet, a dozen bars, dancefloors, swimming pools, volleyball courts, shuffleboard, theatre, everything you could imagine. Our Barktenders and Chefs will serve up tropical drinks and noms, our DJs will spin the soothing but fun genre of soft rock that's become known as "Yacht Rock".
But beware! Where there's booty, there be pirates! @OwenTheTonk, @RealFakeGator and @kittehboi of Owen's Black Paw will show up and liberate the Nip, Booze, and whatever isn't bolted down.
Avast! If we can pry it up, it's not nailed down. -- @kittehboi
It's just for fun and all for charity. Please drop any $ you can into the Tip Jar to help Equine Outreach Horse Rescue
Enjoy some good cheer with this pawsum Pirate playlist!
